Accommodation

Can children stay?

Children from the age of 0 can stay.
Children's rates are as follows.
・Children above elementary school age: Adult price
・Children under elementary school age sharing a bed (no bedding/towel required): Up to 2 children free of charge

How many people can stay at maximum?

It can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition, children sleeping with parents are included in the number of guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

How do you handle key handover?

Due to the electronic lock system, there is no physical key handover. After confirming your reservation, we will send you the access code or QR code for the front door electronic lock (remote lock) via email or other means on the day before your arrival. Please input the provided code into the electronic lock located on the east side entrance of the building to access your accommodation.

How do I check in?

As there is no on-site resident at our accommodation, guests are required to unlock and check-in by themselves. On the day before your arrival, check-in instructions will be sent via email, including the check-in code and the door electronic lock (remote lock) number or QR code. Please input the door electronic lock (remote lock) number and other details provided, then proceed to enter the premises. Once inside, you will find a tablet where you can input the check-in code and undergo the necessary personal verification process.

How do I check out?

As there is no on-site staff residing at our accommodation, we kindly ask guests to take responsibility for turning off all lights, locking all doors, and then performing the check-out procedure on the tablet. After completing the check-out process, please exit through the east side door (the door with the electronic lock at the entrance). Our staff will not be present, so please ensure that you have all your belongings with you. Additionally, please be aware that after 10:00 AM, the access code or QR code for the front door electronic lock (remote lock) will be deactivated, and re-entry will not be possible. Please plan your departure accordingly and take note of this time restriction.

Can I check in early?

We are very sorry, but we do not accept this.

Can I extend the check-out time?

In principle, we do not accept extension of check-out time. If there is no accommodation reservation for a third party, please make a reservation again by yourself.

Reservation

When can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation from 6 months in advance. Please contact us for reservations made 6 months or earlier.

The guest and the person making the reservation are different. Is this possible?

Is possible. When making a reservation, please let us know the name and contact information of the representative of the guest.

What is included in the accommodation fee?

Accommodation fee, cleaning fee and consumption tax are included. We do not charge a service charge.

Is it possible to change the number of people after the reservation is confirmed?

Please contact us as it is possible only if there is an increase in the number of staff. In principle, we do not accept reductions in staff.

Is it possible to pay with cash or electronic money?

We do not accept payment in cash or electronic money. Only prepayment by credit card is possible.

Will I be charged if I cancel after booking is confirmed?

A cancellation fee will be charged from 30 days before the accommodation reservation. The usage fee is paid in advance by credit card, and the reservation will be confirmed when the payment is confirmed. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the period for cancellation after confirmation. Please refer to the accommodation agreement for cancellation charges.

Can you issue a receipt?

It will be issued online. After logging in to the reservation inquiry page from a computer (PC version site), view and print from the ""Receipt data display"" screen. The address can be specified at the time of issuance. Please note that the issuer of the receipt will be a credit card payment service company, so we cannot accept issuance or mailing from our hotel.

Can I use the Internet?

Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Can I smoke in the inn and on the premises?

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

Do you have a meal service?

There is no meal service, so please prepare your own meals or use a nearby restaurant.

What kind of amenities are there?

We have the following items available.

Do you have pajamas and slippers?

We do not have any, so please bring your own.

Is there drinking water and hot water available in the room?

We will provide one free of charge per guest. Also, there is an electric kettle in the room, so you can use hot water.

Is there a parking lot?

We have 3 free parking spaces for our guests.

Do you have a pick-up service?

We are very sorry, but we do not provide transportation.

Is laundry possible?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but a washing machine is not provided on the premises. However, there is a coin laundry facility just a few minutes away by car. Please feel free to use that facility for your laundry needs.

Is it possible to have cleaning and linen change during consecutive nights? Optional services are charged separately.

We charge 10,000 yen to 15,000 yen for cleaning.
We charge 1,000 yen per set for changing linen.
For stays of 1 week or more, we recommend cleaning at least once a week.

Others

Are there any supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?

There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance, so please use a car.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We are very sorry, but we do not allow pets.

Is the hotel staff always present during my stay?

Due to the concept of a completely private inn, staff are not stationed.

Can I invite non-guests to my room?

From the viewpoint of crime prevention, public morals, and firefighting, in principle, non-guests are not allowed to enter the room. In addition, in accordance with the Inns and Hotels Act, surveillance cameras are installed at each entrance.

Can I leave things that I no longer need, such as garbage?

Please only report what happened during your stay.
Please take home items that are classified as oversized garbage (items with a maximum side length of more than 20 cm).
If disposal is required, we will charge the disposal fee.

Q. Can we have a BBQ or fireworks?

It is possible in the garden on the premises. BBQ equipment, fuel, and ingredients are not available, so please prepare them yourself. Fireworks are limited to "handheld fireworks". Also, the use of the garden is until 20:00.

Q. Can I use the hearth?

For fire safety reasons, the hearth on the dirt floor cannot be used. Please enjoy it as an ornamental object.
